Fisher Biotec 10x PBS Phosphate Buffered Saline Sachets , pkt/1x4 sachets

Each pack contains 4 sachets of buffer mix. Each Sachet is sufficient to make 1 litre of 10x buffer.

Reconstitute to one litre with water to give the following concentrations,

• 1.4M NaCl
• 0.02M KCl
• 0.05M Na₂HPO₄
• 0.02M KH ₂PO₄
• pH 7.4 @25^oC
• Store @ 4^oC
