This Reaction Buffer is prepared to the specifications that optimise the performance of Taq DNA Polymerase. It is recommended that only this buffer be used in conjunction with Taq DNA Polymerase, to obtain optimal performance in all PCR situations. This buffer does not contain dNTPs or MgCl2. Stable when stored at -20oC.
