The elements are located in the chamber behind a false wall which allows the warm air to be pushed across the chamber horizontally and vertically. This removes moisture very quickly from the product as fresh air is pushed through the chamber, the fan forced convection heating provides improved uniformity and fast recovery after the door has been opened.
